OPTIMUM Middle East was founded by entrepreneurs based in the region, sharing a vision to embrace a common mission.

Miguel Silva

Miguel Silva Constenla

Miguel Silva holds a Master Degree in Physics (Electronics and Computer Science) and a International Business MBA from Spain.

He is living in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates) since 1995, working in the telecommunications industry in several multinational corporations.

The last 15 years is full dedicated as an entrepreneur, co-founding in Europe, LatAm and Middle East several Tech companies with revenues ranging from 5 to 100 Million USD.

Miguel is also a co-founder and business angel for several start-ups globally across 5 continents through his own Venture Capital CLOUD9, based in Dubai.

He was the Founder President of the Spanish Business Council in the United Arab Emirates and has been awarded by His Majesty the King of Spain with the Officer’s Cross of the Royal Order of Civil Merit.
